DIGI SPL Summit
Bases
Summit 2000 Series Floor Scales are designed for
long-term high-accuracy industrial applications. Standard and custom
sizes from 2.5 ft. x 2.5 ft. to 10 ft. x 12 ft. and capacities from
1,000 lbs. to 40,000 lbs.
Constructed of heavy duty 3” tubular steel
supports, providing superior structural integrity over standard
channel designs, this design technology allows for up to 300% safe
overload. The Summit platform utilizes a 3/16” thick safety diamond
deck plate.
The standard design incorporates four-NTEP
Certified, nickel-plated shear beam load cells. Each load cell allows
for 100% corner loading. Top access for NEMA4 Junction box and corner
leveling.
Top access, fully adjustable, shock absorbing,
3” rubber coated steel feet. All platforms can be easily linked to
counting scales and weight indicators

requirements in accordance with the National Institute of Standard
and Technologies (NIST) Handbook 44 for 1,000 through 10,000 pound
capacities, 3'x3' through 5'x7' platform sizes inclusive.
